Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri ready to start family
Singer Janet Jackson and longtime boyfriend Jermaine Dupri, are planning to start a family soon. Janet admitted earlier this year she’s desperate for children, but isn’t convinced she is mature enough to raise a child.
But her producer boyfriend, Dupri disagrees, insisting the pair are both ready to start a family as soon as Jackson returns from her upcoming U.S. tour.
Dupri – already father to daughter Shaniah from a previous relationship – is anxious to expand his family, he admits he’s not concerned whether the couple’s new addition is a boy or a girl: “It really doesn’t matter. Janet would be a great mum. She was around so many brothers and sisters all her life, so she’s got to know what that is (like). And her mum is a great mother.”
Jackson, 42, is set to kick off her Rock Witchu North American tour – the first tour for the singer in seven years – this September.

I think they will both make great parents. She is quite responsible and Dupri is very co-operative. I’ll be waiting to see their first kid.:)
