Amy Winehouse might have tuberculosis!

Today’s reports on Amy Winehouse’s hospital stay are not so bright. The UK Sun tells that on top of Amy’s irregular heartbeat likely caused by her crack addiction, she has been coughing up blood from a chest infection.
Doctors think she might have tuberculosis because of her massive weight loss and loss of appetite.

A source said, “She’d been been suffering horrible coughing fits and hurling up blood for a while but refused to be examined. Doctors now believe it is tuberculosis and are doing more tests to be certain.“

TB usually strikes in developing countries where, if untreated, it kills more than half its victims. Winehouse is currently on an IV drip as doctors are trying to wean her off of drugs. Meanwhile her spokesperson claims Winehouse has a chest infection and not TB and also insistsshe still intends to play Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday concert in Hyde Park on 27 June and the Glastonbury festival the following day.
