Mark Wahlberg set to marry his longtime girlfriend next year

Mark Wahlberg will finally marry his longtime girlfriend Rhea Durham after the birth of their third child.

The couple has been dating since 2001 and have two children together, daughter Ella, 4, and Michael, 2.

Durham is currently pregnant with their second baby girl – and Wahlberg reveals they are putting plans into motion for a wedding next summer.

He tells People Magazine: “She (Rhea) wants to wait until after the baby. We’ve been very fortunate. We’ve waited and worked hard to really strengthen our relationship. We want it right. We’re ready. I’m ready. She’s been ready, but I think you know, we both come from broken homes and we want to succeed.”

Wahlberg, 37, who stars in the new thriller The Happening is refusing to divulge any details about their plans for the ceremony, but insists “it’s going to be a beautiful occasion. Very intimate.”
