Anne Heche reaches divorce settlement with ex

Anne Heche has reached a divorce settlement, with Coley Laffoon. According to the agreement signed today, “the case is settled.” Now the damage. Anne will pay her ex-husband a $275,000 lump sum and $3,700 per month in child support for their 6-year-old son, court papers show.
Sounds like a lot, but Anne was previously shelling out $14,798 a month, but went back to court recently and pleaded poverty since her show “Men in Trees” was canceled and she wasn’t working much.
Anne will pay 75% of Homer’s private school tuition and Coley pays the balance. She was paying all of it before.
So while Heche has worked out a much better deal, she had better find some work soon. The $275,000 lump some she has to pay seems to be more money then she currently has. Anne filed papers last month claiming she’s $364,000 in the hole and only has $34,840.93 in her bank account.
