Nick Hogan denied!

A judge has reportedly turned down Nick Hogan’s request to be transferred from solitary confinement to house arrest temporarily. Yesterday, Nick’s lawyer filed a motion with the court complaining about how it’s not fair that he’s in solitary. He asked the judge to release him on house arrest until he turns 18 in July, at which point he’ll return to jail and serve the rest of his sentence in minimum-security.  House arrest is presumably preferred because his parents have been such a great influence on him? Perhaps the judge should have just released him into the general population if Nick thinks being in solitary confinement is so bad but he’ll have to wait about 6 weeks for his 18th birthday.
