Courtney Love claims ashes of Kurt Cobain stolen?

Courtney Love is claiming she’s been victimized again. Previously Courtney’s been claiming someone stole her identity, using her information to run up huge credit card bills. But now Courtney is reportedly accusing thieves of stealing her husband Kurt Cobain’s ashes from her. Supposedly she has kept the singer’s ashes in a pink teddy-bear-shaped bag along with a lock of his hair. But the story goes that a couple of weeks ago, she was horrified to discover them gone, along with thousands of dollars worth of clothes and jewelery. A distraught Courtney said:
“I can’t believe anyone would take Kurt’s ashes from me. I find it disgusting and right now I’m suicidal. If I don’t get them back I don’t know what I’ll do. They were all I had left of my husband. I used to take them everywhere with me just so I could feel Kurt was still with me. Now it feels like I have lost him all over again.”
The sad news will likely sicken the millions of Cobain and Nirvana fans worldwide, who are not necessarily fans of Courtney.
This was found to be a hoax, released to the press as an “erroneous source”…..Hmmm. I wonder who the “erroneous source” was? I could take a guess; the same person that released that they O.D’d on April 7th 1994 and the same person that leaked the idea of a “suicide pact”.
