Mariah Carey new husband Nick Cannon playing subservient role?

This week’s In Touch Magazine gives some insight into newlyweds Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s relationship. They kind of paint the story as Nick being subservient to his diva wife. Mariah no doubt is used to being pampered and new husband seems ready to oblige, catering to her every need, according to the magazine. Insiders reportedly say that since the two married in the Bahamas on April 30, Nick seems more like Mariah’s employee than her spouse. “She treats Nick like an assistant,” says a friend of Mariah’s. “He’s not treated like her equal or her husband.” Nick also seems to be at Mariah’s beck and call.
In Touch consulted a psychiatrist who theorizes that considering Mariah’s failed marriage to Tommy Mottola, may have influenced her choice and behavior toward her new husband. In her first marriage Mariah felt controlled by the older music executive, so she’s probably looking for someone she feels safe with and superior to.
A recent anecdotal story where Nick was dragged away by wife Mariah from Foxwoods, where he was hanging with Sean Combs and Quincy Jones. Carey wanted her new hubby to keep her company at a photo shoot for Elle magazine, according to insiders. “Nick came running to her side very early Sunday morning and stayed with her until 5:30 a.m. when they wrapped,” said the source. “They were super affectionate.” Also on hand was Carey’s personal assistant, who brought a blender and continuously “made protein shakes for Mariah.”
Nothing wrong with Mariah looking for someone to share her life with, and Nick seems to enjoy his protective role toward her, so hopefully it’s an arrangement they both can be happy with.
WOW that is great mariah i am so happy for you you are avvery good person and nick is a very wonderful guy you too look good together and i am happy for you both but it would really break my heart if you to had to break up and i don’t want that i want you two,to stay maried TIL DEATH DO YOU PART and i know it can happen don’t break when you hear bad things about one another its crazy work things out and make sure that they don’t happen ever again nick i love you very much take good care of my girl mariah and treat her like you said a princess and mariah do the same love one another and every thing will be okay so don’t forget who brought you this far and remember keep him in mind so bye love you guys and be good.
