Denise Richard’s ‘reality’ quest is for fame or fortune?

Charlie Sheen has been furious that Denise Richards has taped a reality show debuting this weekend on E! called “It’s Complicated,” which also features the warring ex-couple’s two daughters, Lola and Sam.

In a recent interview Denise  told Larry King that she only did a reality show, because she needed the money to support her two daughters. A friend close to Charlie Sheen told Page Six that Denise really shouldn’t be hurting for cash:

The friend said, “Denise gets $52,000 a month tax-free in child support. Most people in America can figure out how to live on that, but Denise can’t?”

Denise also received $60,000 a month for two years in alimony from Charlie. She also gets a nice cut from Charlie’s show, “Two And A Half Men.” She’s expected to make up to $25 million from the show!!

Who knew marrying Charlie Sheen was so lucrative? It seems like Denise needs the fame more then the fortune given these staggering numbers.
