Dylan McDermott files for divorce

Court records show, Dylan McDermott has filed for divorce from wife Shiva Rose after more than 12 years of marriage.
McDermott, 46, filed the petition to dissolve the marriage in Superior Court last Friday citing irreconcilable differences. According to the same papers the couple separated more than a year ago.
McDermott, who played an attorney on TV, is acting as his own lawyer in the divorce, according to the papers.
McDermott, is well known for playing lawyer Bobby Donnell on in TV’s “The Practice.” Rose also an actor and McDermott, have two daughters together.
Property and custody arrangements will be determined at a later date, the documents state.
