Indiana Jones finally takes it’s turn at Cannes
Posted on May 18th, 2008 by SusanThe red carpet premiere of Indiana Jones in Cannes featured the grand return of Harrison Ford. Ford, who has played the same character over a span of 26 years, has aged well. The 65 year-old star looked in fine form as he made his way up the red carpet accompanied by partner Calista Flockhart. The film was welcomed with a three and a half minute standing ovation by the often critical Cannes Film Festival audience.
Australian actress Cate Blanchett, who stars as Harrison’s adversary in Crystal Skull cut a glamorous figure in a smoky grey gown. The actress appeared super svelte, despite giving birth to her third child, just weeks ago.
