Britney flies off with Mel, while Adnan tries to sell sex tape?

Britney Spears and Mel Gibson boarded a private jet yesterday, bound for Costa Rica joined by Spears’ father, Jamie, and Gibson’s wife.

Though the true nature of the trip is not yet known, it appears to be nothing more than a friendly weekend getaway,  at Gibson’s Costa Rica property “for a couple days.”

A source also told E! News the showbiz pair’s budding relationship has been nurtured of late by attorney Blair Berk, who represented Gibson in his infamous DUI arrest and who is currently representing Spears’ parents in their various legal entanglements.

More recently, Gibson has been described as “mentoring” the troubled pop star and that the duo has discussed “a getaway” of some sort.

Spears used to live in the same Malibu neighborhood as Gibson, and the duo were spotted dining together at a Los Angeles-area restaurant Romanov in March.

Meanwhile The National Enquirer is reporting that Adnan Ghalib is shopping an alleged sex tape he made with Britney Spears in Rosarito, Mexico. This trip was during Britney’s most troubled days before her final meltdown.

Skip this part if you have a weak stomach but a source said:

“Word is that the video starts with Britney undressing. She was wearing some cheap clothes that she bought down there in Rosarito. The sex wasn’t particularly kinky but Britney wears a pink wig throughout. At one point in the tape Adnan asks the singer to remove the pink bob but she refused. “Adnan tells her to take it off at one point and she says coyly, ‘Take what off? There’s nothing left to take off.’”

While I am repulsed by the whole concept of Britney and Adnan getting it on, but I do take some delight in that she wore the pink wig throughout. I also wonder if Britney was speaking in the British accent throughout as well? Well anyway, the insider claims this will be the highest-selling sex tape of all time. Perhaps so, but I hate the idea that Adnan will profit from this more then the concept of him having sex with Britney. Yuck!
