Gabriel Aubry proposes to Halle Berry?

Well it seems to be the latest Hollywood formula. Have a baby first and then maybe get married if things are working out.

Halle Berry was flashing a diamond ring this weekend and rumor has it, it’s an engagement ring from her boyfriend and the father of her child, Gabriel Aubry. Sources say Gabriel proposed to Halle with his grandmother’s ring, because he felt the time was right.

A source told Showbiz Spy, “Gabriel felt the time was right to propose. He gave her the family heirloom because he wanted to show her how much she means to him, and how she will be accepted into the Aubry family.”

Halle was first seen wearing the diamond ring (photo above) on her engagement finger at the Revlon Walk/Run for Women in Los Angeles this past weekend.

The 41-year-old actress has been wearing a necklace bearing the letter ‘N’ for Nahla, her baby daughter as well.

Update: Halle’s rep is saying they are not engaged.  Could be a false alarm but sometimes reps lie too.
