Nick Bollea gets 8 Months in County Jail

Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Bollea as expected, pleaded “no contest” on charges of felony reckless driving. 17-year-old Nick, was sentenced to 8 months in county jail starting immediately. The charges stem from a horrific car crash last August which left his passenger and friend, John Graziano, with serious brain injuries. John will most likely spend the rest of his life in a nursing home.
Nick was racing another car at speeds up to 100mph when his car hit a palm tree. Police later found alcohol in his bloodstream. The judge suspended his drivers license for 3 years and he was also given 5 years probation, 500 hours of community service and he cannot drink during his probation. He will have to complete a alcohol education program within the year.
The judge heard statements from the Graziano family as well as the Bollea family. Brooke’s stupid ass got up there looking like a call girl on her lunch break, crying about how “this is why she hates being a celebrity.” It’s all about her!
Before being sentenced, Nick told the judge, “
I’ll never, ever be able to tell John ’sorry’ enough times to make up for what happened on Aug. 26. I loved John to death. He was like my oldest brother and my best friend. I’m ready to take my punishment.”
Nick did not have a chance to say goodbye to his family before he was taken into custody.
Citing Bollea’s age and his lack of any prior criminal record beyond a series of speeding tickets, the judge decided not to force Bollea into a guilty verdict, meaning his “no contest” plea will stand. Which also means Nick will not have a felony conviction on his record once he turns 18 later this summer. All things considered I think Nick got off pretty easily.
