Sir Bob Geldof daughter involved in Amy Winehouse drug scandal

Posted on May 5th, 2008 by Hot Momma

Peaches Geldof daughter of rocker/founder of renowned 80s charity concert LiveAid organizer, Sir Bob Geldof is in trouble with London police.

The police have video of Peaches buying what is assumed to be cocaine from Amy Winehouse’s dealers.

According to sources, the footage shows her handing over about $400 in cash for some drugs and saying, “I’m going to need Valium tomorrow after this.” People who use drugs recreationally are known to use Valium to ‘come down’ from being high.

The strange thing about this video is that it is on the SAME TAPE which showed Amy Winehouse smoking crack.

The cops had seized the tape from a boyfriend-girlfriend duo as part of their investigation into what police suspect is a celebrity drugs empire run by the twosome. The suspected male drug dealer, is also known to be good ‘friends’ with Winehouse’s husband Blake.

Police are reportedly bringing Peaches in for questioning this week.

Sadly, Peaches’ mom, Paula Yates, a UK celeb TV host, died of a heroin overdose eight years ago. Many assumed that her mother’s tragic downfall would deter Peaches from drug use. In fact, she previously made the following statement about drug use on a UK TV show,“Teenagers today have nothing to rebel against. They are rebelling in taking drugs and drinking and partying and not really changing anything. They’re not really making a mark on society and I think that’s wrong.”

Sir Bob Geldolf must be devastated by this news, he has previously gone on record saying he would  “go f*****g ballistic” if his daughter sets off down the same drugs road that killed her mom.
