Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon marriage confirmed

Mariah Carey has indeed married new boyfriend Nick Cannon. The Touch My Body singer has reportedly wed 27-year-old actor and presenter Nick Cannon at her home in the Bahamas.
The confirmation came late last night from a member of Nick’s family, Linda Cannon, who says she received a phone call from the 27-year old actor and rapper confirming the happy news.
“Yes, we know. He called and told us all about it,” Linda tells E! News. “We are happy for him. If that is what he wants then we are happy for him.”
As for the specifics, including whether or not the wedding took place in the Bahamas, as previously reported, Mrs. Cannon declined to elaborate, saying only, “I’m not going to give you any details, but we are happy for him.”
Early yesterday, a friend of the ‘Touch My Body’ singer said that the pair were in such a rush to get married, “there was no pre-nup - there wasn’t time.”
Mariah Carey’s family are said to be reeling after dating Cannon for just ONE month, and then secretly marrying him.
The New York Post is reporting that Carey’s family shocked by the chart-topping singer’s sudden nuptials, which was so hurried, that she didn’t bother with a pre-nuptial agreement.
