Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend Raffaelo Follieri was arrested Thursday by NYC police for bouncing a $250,000 check. It’s being reported Follieri went willingly with police officers, no handcuffs — to work out the check fiasco. His lawyers, we hear, are sorting it out.

TMZ reports he’s still in jail for one misdemeanor count. He’s currently being booked. A source said his bank account was not even close to covering the check.
Hathaway has been dating Italian Follieri, a property developer, for the past four years.

He was recently ordered by a Washington, D.C., court to pay a public-relations firm $250,000 for work done on his behalf.
