Sean Penn desperately tries to win back Robin Wright

According to those bastions of truth, The National Enquirer, Sean Penn has been constantly phoning his estranged wife in a bid to win her back and give him another chance.

The actor and recent Into the Wild director split with Robin Wright last December wife amid rumors of infidelity including a dramtic story that he had been caught partying with two Russian girls at a hotel being the catalyst for the final blow-up.

The pair were married 11 years and have children Hopper Jack, 14, and sixteen-year-old Dylan Frances.

Supposedly now Penn is phoning Robin at all hours of the night to apologize for his actions. Yeah that will want her back fast!

Apparently Robin is having none of it and always hangs up on him.

Working in a little name dropping, an Enquirer insider added that close pal Emilio Estevez has been trying to help Penn cope with his marriage crisis, saying:

“Emilio has been calling Sean non-stop to lend an ear, but I don’t think anyone can cheer Sean up right now. Hopefully Robin will listen to him some day.”

To perhaps console himself, Penn was recently linked to Petra Nemcova, although they denied reports of a romance.

Thought I would share, but it’s just one of those stories that might have some truth or just be total fiction.
