Shia LaBeouf wanted for unlawful smoking

Shia LaBeouf is a wanted man according to TMZ. The young actor received a ticket for unlawful smoking on February 18th after cops caught him smoking outside of a shop called Skybluepink.

Shia was supposed to be in court this morning, but he and his lawyer didn’t show up.  A $1,000 bench warrant was issued. So now Shia has a warrant out for his arrest by Burbank police.

Seriously though, getting a ticket for smoking on the street and having to go to court for it, is kind of dumb, even in California (assuming it was a cigarette).
But then again, Shia was busted last year for acting the fool at a Chicago Walgreens. The criminal charges were later dropped and he seemed genuinely remorseful. Shia is a wonderful actor and I hope he’s just a bit unlucky and this is not a sign of trouble to come.
