Patrick Swayze’s mom speaks out

Patrick Swayze has not really commented since the news of his pancreatic cancer but his mother has spoken out about her son’s battle with the deadly disease.
The actor was diagnosed with the disease earlier this month, but his mother has insisted that he will fight the cancer.
Patsy Swayze, 81, told The UK Mirror: “He just does not deserve it. He’s got such a big heart and been such a good and generous person.
“It breaks my heart to know he’s suffering. But he’s hanging in there and getting the best treatment.”
She also said that her son has been ‘humbled’ by the support he has received since word of his illness became public. And a family insider says that Swayze has been strong for the people around him.
“Patrick as usual, is worried more about other people than himself.”
Reports claimed Swayze has lost over 20lbs. since developing the illness in January.
However, the actor’s publicists have denied rumors that he only has weeks to live and claimed he was responding well to treatment.
