Dayanara Torres and Amaury Nolasco break up

Prison Break star Amaury Nolasco, and former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres have decided to call it quits after a high-profile year-long romance. The Puerto Rican actor and actress/model have confirmed the break-up in a joint statement, which was released on Monday.
The statement reads, “We will always have a lovely friendship and share great love and respect for each other.”
The couple started appearing together at red carpet events last year (pictured here at Rush Hour 3) and Torres confirmed the romance last summer.
Torres is the ex-wife of singer Marc Anthony and was once linked to New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter. She is set to write a tell all book entitled ”Married to Me: How Committing to Myself Led to Triumph After Divorce.” Which will chronicle how she got over her painful union with Anthony, who left her for Jennifer Lopez to find his true happiness.
