Two arraignments for the young, rich and foolish

It’s a two for one bargain today , as TMZ reports that both Jason Davis and Barron Hilton have been charged. Jason ‘Gummi Bear’ Davis was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor driving under the influence. He was arrested last Friday after cops found what they thought was cocaine on him. But as it turns out it was more serious then then they thought as the controlled substance in question was actually heroin. Jason Davis, “Gummi Bear” is the brother of the slightly more famous Brandon Davis, sometimes referred to as “Greasy Bear.” The brothers are heirs to a billion dollar inheritance, which explains their tabloid popularity and socialite status. Jason is frequently seen on celebrity news and gossip blogs getting turned away at the front door of exclusive clubs.
Barron (Paris Hilton’s brother for those that have been hibernating for the winter) was officially charged with DUI, unlawful use of a license and unlicensed driving. His court date has been set for April 14th. 18-year-old Barron was arrested last month in Malibu.
The two knuckleheads will both probably have the best lawyers money can buy so don’t expect justice to be served like it would for more normal mortals. Barron Hilton has hired sister Paris’ attorney, Richard Hutton.
