These pictures of Nicky Hilton out shoe shopping yesterday at Christian Louboutin store in L.A. yesterday, has everyone horrified at how “extremely skinny” she looks.  Nicky’s legs look as thin as  most peoples arms.
I hate to see her like this, she really needs help. You’re right, her legs do look as thin as a normal person’s arm…it’s sad.
