New Hollywood couple Sean Penn and Petra Nemcova

Hollywood parties are a great time for new couple scouting. And Sir Elton John’s party proved to be the hottest ticket in town after Graydon Carter’s annual Vanity Fair party was cancelled. New couple Petra Nemcova and Sean Penn set tongues wagging after they were spotted cosying up at Elton’s A-list party. Sean, 47, and Petra, 28, posed on the red carpet at the singer’s AIDS Foundation fete and danced to his many hits. The newly single Penn and the supermodel slipped over to LA’s Villa nightclub, where they sipped cocktails with Penelope Cruz until 3:10 a.m. this morning.  The new couple were first seen at a CAA event two days ago.
Penn recently split up with his wife, Robin Wright Penn, after 11 years of marriage. Petra ended her relationship with singer James Blunt last year. The 2004 tsumani survivor was previously engaged to British photographer Simon Atlee, who died tragically in the disaster.

Somebody please tell me what she sees in him? He is NOT good-looking, he’s got a horrible personality, and a crappy temperament to boot.

Well. Good luck there, Petra. She went from “zero” (Blunt) to “negative 500″ (Penn) in a year’s time.

yes, desperate. She seems a very nice sincere person but goes for the shits. But I start to wonder about her. He is a barstard.
