Lindsay Lohan settles suit stemming from 2005 car crash

The busboy looking to clean up has settled a lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan. Lohan  and busboy Raymundo Ortega had the highly publicized car accident two and a half years ago in front of the Ivy.

The settlement comes after months of legal sparring. Ortega’s lawyers claimed that Lindsay was negligent, inebriated and distracted by the paps. Lohan’s lawyers countered that Ortega was making an illegal U-Turn when they collided (corroborated by a CHP incident report).

Ortega’s attorney stated his client is pleased with the out-of-court deal that had been reached but wouldn’t disclose the final settlement, though the original suit was seeking at least $200,000 in damages

Lohan’s lawyers have yet to comment about the deal.
