Sam Lutfi has been served!
After three weeks of artful dodging, Sam Lutfi was served a restraining order outside his apartment this morning. This could means he officially can’t call, see, e-mail, or contact Britney Spears in any way and has to stay away from her house and her family’s house.
However TMZ reports that Sam was supposed to be served by yesterday in order for it to be valid. That means they might have to serve him again with new paperwork.
Update: a judge verified that the court order was valid and even extended the order late Thursday. Lutfi can’t phone, text, email or get near Brit Brit or her home until March 17th – at which point the restraining order can and hopefully will get extended again.

Meanwhile the LAPD investigation into Sam Lutfi allegedly drugging Britney Spears is reportedly well underway. The case supposedly has now been assigned to Robbery Homicide, because of the intense media interest in Britney Spears. The investigation will probably be concluded in late March.
i think it odd he is not seeking asylum.. hiding in another country if he did all the horrible things he is accused of.. just seems weird, he merely avoids being served, but stays living nearby, in case he can get with Miss Spears again. But then they could all be crazy and just finger pointing at whom did what to whom.. knowing if one or the other falsely accuses they could be sued so a mum on details investigation? If Britney claims she is not insane needing help, she wants to be left alone to wander about in her nutty-bum way.. she certainly could get back with her looney toon friends and play cops and robbers and pirates and clowns, with the papps and him.. until all her money is gone or they are arrested while using the public streets in California for their publicity-seeking dangerous missions, slutting out and..racing games.
