CBS announces 11 renewed shows

CBS announced yesterday the renewal of 11 of its’ most popular drama and comedy series for 2008. Previously CBS announced returns of “Survivor” and “The Amazing Race.” They have now added the following shows:
 ”Cold Case,” “Criminal Minds,” “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” “CSI: Miami,” “CSI: NY,” “Ghost Whisperer,” “NCIS,” “Numb3rs,” “Two and a Half Men,” “Without a Trace” and “The Big Bang Theory.”
The announcement accounts for 10 hours of the network’s primetime schedule and accounts for eight of the top 20 scripted series on television.
CBS shows that as of yet neither Cancelled Nor Renewed For Next Season:

How I Met Your Mother
Jericho
Moonlight
New Adventures of Old Christine
Rules of Engagement
Shark
The Unit
Welcome to the Captain

CBS announces its complete fall schedule in May.
