Farrah Fawcett’s son, arrested again for DUI and drug possession

It’s just been reported that Farrah Fawcett’s son, Redmond O’Neal, was arrested for DUI and drug possession on January 26. It was the second time Redmond, 23, son of actor Ryan O’Neal, has been arrested on drugs charges. Redmond previously pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and methamphetamine in 2005 and according to sources close to the youngster – he has been in rehab a dozen times.
This time besides the DUI, Redmond also faces felony possession of heroin and methamphetamine. Redmond was released on $10,000 bail. No court date has been set.

News of Redmond O’Neal latest arrest comes just days after Cher announced Farrah Fawcett has beaten cancer for the second time in two years. Fawcett underwent experimental treatment at a German clinic to rid her of her latest tumor. Fawcett was first diagnosed with anal cancer in September 2006. The star was then declared cancer-free in February 2007, but doctors found new cancer cells just three months later. Now the star is once again reportedly in remission.
