It’s hard to keep an enterprising rat down.  Britney Spears’ manager Sam Lutfi, who was served with a restraining order on Friday (Feb 01, 08) and instructed to stay away from the pop wreck, is rumored to be shopping a tell-all interview to different TV entertainment news outlets. And that’s just for starters.  The Svengali like Lufti appears to have a bigger pay day in the works!

Lufti is planning on writing a tell-all book about the star’s troubled personal life. Lufti spoke on-the record with Rolling Stone for their cover story on Spears. And, what he tells them is shocking considering the mental state of the subject, but so typical of what appears to be his true nature.

“We’ve been doing dictation, she’s been telling me her story, and I’ve been writing it all down,” Lutfi tells the mag. “It would make a great book!”

Last year Lutfi denied allegations he was planning on selling Spears’ private diaries to U.K. publications for a reported $2 million, but now it appears the intimate entries may take the form of a tell-all book instead.   One way or another Sam Lufti intends to get paid off for his time as Britney’s manager.  Call it his severance package.
