Britney Spears busts out

According to the LA Times she was quietly released from a psychiatric ward at the UCLA Medical Center today after nearly a week of treatment. If so nobody is sure why or where she has headed, which is kind of unusual. We will keep you posted but I hoping this is a false report? There is no way she can be ready to be out on her own again.
Update 1: TMZ reports that Britney is back at her home. UCLA doctors decided she didn’t pose a threat to herself or anyone else anymore (have they seen her driving?), so they allowed her to leave. She was apparently expected to be released before the 14-day extension, because she was stable and working with them. Jamie Spears and the lawyer are still conservators. They set that in place before she was released, so they could control her environment outside of the hospital. Let’s hope it’s not back to the same madness as before, but Britney is a hard nut to crack.
Update 2: According to TMZ, Britney drove herself to the Beverly Hills Hotel to rendezvous with boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Britney ducked down in the passenger seat of Adnan’s silver Mercedes as they headed for who knows where. I keep trying to remind myself that Britney is mentally ill. But all I can say without getting obscene is stupid, stupid girl.
