Patrick Swayze is recovering at home from hospital procedure

Speedy recovery to Patrick Swayze. The actor checked into the Stanford University Medical Center this past weekend for a serious “gastro-intestinal procedure,” according to a friend. Swayze, who made a million women’s hearts flutter in “Dirty Dancing” has since been released and, according to his rep, is “home and happy.”
