Details of restraining order against Sam Lutfi are stunning

The restraining order issued to Sam Lutfi in the Britney Spears drama has finally surfaced via TMZ and the allegations are as bad as one could imagine. It’s really heartbreaking to see a mentally ill but very rich young lady fall into such a trap where a basic stranger completely controls her life. Here are some of the more damaging allegations from the declaration filed by Lynne Spears:
The day Lynne and Jamie arrived for the intervention on January 28:
“Lufti has cut Britney’s home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. he yells at her. He claims to control everything.”
“Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids.”
During a dispute later that night, with Lynne, Sam allegedly said,
“told me that if he weren’t in the house to give Britney her medicine, she would kill herself. Then he said to me, ‘If you try to get rid of me, she’ll be dead and I’ll piss on her grave.”
Lynne also said Sam told “me that he grinds up Britney’s pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdal (an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia and bipolarity) and Seroquel.” And, “He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain.”
Sam then encouraged Brit “to do tequila shots.” The document then claims Sam said, “let’s all do toasts with wine.” Brit refused to drink.
“He then told me, ‘I’m the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter. I sleep in cars outside her house so she can’t leave.’ Sam then said, ‘You people throw everyone under the bus. If you don’t listen to me, I’m going to make your name s–t in the papers.’
Sam has a long history of harassment with at least 2 previous restraining orders against him so this news comes as no surprise. A couple of additional tidbits from the document: Lynne refers to Sam as Osama Lufti. What is also interesting that you get from the document is Lufti’s control and command of many of the paparazzi whom he ordered about and used to do his bidding.
