Actress Shell Kepler has died. Shell was best known for playing nurse Amy Vining on “General Hospital” for more than 20 years. After retiring from acting, Kepler moved to Portland, Or and worked in charity fundraising. She was reportedly 46, when she died of renal failure.
She was great on General Hospital and will be missed!
Shell was great – very nice person, funny sense of humor. Met her years ago when she was on GH. Very sad. Much to young to die.
It is very sad and I wish her family well. She was a great actor, even though she was never really given a good story line. Gh always made her so dumb, when she really wasn’t. I hope that by this sad news that GH will honor her and write something in one of the nexts scripts or at least let people know at the end of one of the shows that they cared.
I am deeply saddened by Shell Keplers Death. I am stunned that ABC still has not mentioned Her passing. She worked all those Years on GH /abc, YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT they be first with the News.
She was a lovebale character that I and many others in my age group grew up with.
May She be at peace in Heaven.
I hope that ABC/GH give Her some tribute in the next few Days, She deserves it.
