Jennifer Lopez to give birth in style
Jennifer Lopez is expected to give birth to twins later this month allegedly via a Caesarean section, and she intends to do so in style. Lopez has four pastel-colored couture hospital gowns and a coordinating robe designed by dearjonnies.com to wear when she checks into hospital.
A source said: “J.Lo has spent her entire pregnancy wearing Roberto Cavelli designer maternity wear she had specially made. She would never let her stylish image go – not even when giving birth.”
Rumor is Lopez is going to check into New York’s North Shore University Medical Center, in Manhasset on February 14.
JLo’s room is going to be a little more lavish than what you find in the average maternity ward. The hospital has reportedly prepared a luxury suite for the star and husband Marc Anthony, complete with soft furnishings, wooden flooring and giant flat screen TVs.
The couple are believed to have chosen the names Max and Emme for the boy and girl twins, reportedly conceived using IVF, a fertility treatment.
The pop superstar recently announced that she had scrapped plans to have a Scientology ‘silent birth’. Lopez had reportedly considered a Scientology birth because her father David and close friend and actress Leah Remini both belong to the controversial religion.
“She wanted to leave it in the hands of her doctors whether she should receive painkillers and other drugs during delivery.”
Scientologists are forbidden from using painkillers during labor – or from even making an noise at all.

Good point there Marina! I kind of missed that contradiction (LOL)! But I should mention that the Caesarean is not a certainty, only what we hear as reported.
Wow! Painkillers should never be a choice a doctor or nurse makes during a normal childbirth, barring anything unexpected happening. I’m sad to see that J Lo has spent more time researching how to be cool like the other celebs, via Scientology, than she did researching her options and possible outcomes to make an educated decison for herself and her babe(s).

It must have been a male who came up with that “Silent Birth” bullsh-t, b/c any woman who has had children knows you can’t very well control a natural reaction.
That being said, which ever religion works for you, more power to you.
the only reason birth is silent sometimes is because the pain is so bad that you lose the ability to make sound.
