24 Star, Mary Lynn Rajskub has announced she is pregnant. Rajskub,36, who plays computer whiz Chloe O’Brian on 24 and her live-in boyfriend Matthew Rolph, 27, a personal trainer, are expecting their first child at the end of the summer.

“With the strike going on, I had to keep busy!” Rajskub jokes. “We are thrilled and couldn’t be more excited.”

Rajskub, costars opposite Amy Adams and Emily Blunt in Sunshine Cleaning, and recently attended the Sundance Film Festival   in which she. On Friday, Rajskub will make an appearance walking in the Red Dress Fashion Show to benefit The Heart Truth in New York.

Christina Aguilera’s negotations with OK! Magazine for the exclusive picture rights of her new baby, Max have reportedly fallen through. The deal reportedly fell through, because the magazine wouldn’t guarantee a full cover spread. OK! previously published Aguilera’s wedding pictures and they didn’t sell so well. Neither did her Marie Claire cover. 

A source said, “Christina has an inflated sense of her own value and seems to expect an extortionate amount of money for these baby pictures. I’m not sure OK! or much of the industry thinks is a dollar figure that’s worth it. … She hasn’t proven to be a real seller.”

The source also claims that Aguilera is also demanding that any magazine running Max’s photos may not run photos of Nicole Richie’s new baby. “Christina can’t stand Nicole,” said a source who knows Aguilera. “Nothing would make her more upset than to see those two babies on the same cover, even if it wasn’t at the same time.”
 The source also said that Max isn’t really ready for “primetime,” whatever that means?

Bottomline is, don’t expect to see a photo of Christina Aguilera’s baby on the cover of any magazines this week.

Kate Moss who celebrated her 34th birthday earlier this month, is reportedly set to marry her rocker boyfriend Jamie Hince at London’s Claridge’s hotel.

The British supermodel who started dating ‘The Kills’ star last August was seen picking up wedding brochures at the plush venue sparking rumors she plans to hold her nuptials there followed by a lavish reception in one of the hotel’s many decadent ballrooms.

Claridge’s was regular haunt for Moss, when she was dating Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty.

However, since their split last July, she has favored London’s Dorchester hotel..

Kate reportedly proposed to Jamie during a 12-hour lovemaking marathon just a month after they started dating.

When the couple emerged from their night of passion, Kate allegedly told friends, “We’re engaged.”  Boy that’s what I call sealing the deal.

Heath Ledger’s last movie, The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus, could become a tribute to the fallen star.

It was revealed last week that JOHNNY DEPP might step into Heath’s role to complete the remaining scenes in director TERRY GILLIAM’s fantasy flick.

But now three other megastars - JAKE GYLLENHAAL, SEAN PENN and CHRISTIAN BALE,  are willing to re-arrange their schedules to film a scene each to help finish the movie.

Johnny, Jake, Sean and Christian were all friends of Heath’s and would love to be involved.

An insider on the film said: “Heath’s character falls into a magic mirror four times during the film. It allows Terry to change the actor easily if he wants to.

The director and other big wigs on the film are still mulling over the idea, but it’s likely to go ahead in what would be intended as a tribute to Ledger.

One of the main sticking points is whether the rest of the cast can continue, thats how upset Ledger’s co-stars LILY COLE and CHRISTOPHER PLUMMER are.

“The rest of the film crew are also deeply upset. Heath was such a lovely guy.

“Everyone is finding it difficult to continue with the project.”

It’s hardly the circumstances you would want to land success - but Terry Gilliam is guaranteed a smash hit with the all-star line-up on his hands now.

For the second time in a month, Britney Spears has been physically removed from her home by police. Her psychiatrist got in touch with the North Hollywood division of the LAPD. The shrink told cops that he was alarmed at her driving and her “downhill behavior” and that “something must be done. Supposedly Britney has been unable to sleep for days during her maniac high, and reportedly been jumping into her car in the middle of the night, driving erratically. She was said to have nearly plummeting off a cliff at one point two nights ago.
Back at her house, Britney’s psychiatrist told her she was going to the hospital. Her response was, “Is something wrong?” She was reportedly not resistant. She made hot chocolate and waited before paramedics arrived and placed her on a gurney.  By the way this contradicts an early breaking story on this event by X17Online, which once again called it wrong, saying that Britney Spears had tried to kill herself.

More than a dozen motorcycle officers and a Los Angeles Fire Department ambulance swept through the front gates of Spears hilltop Studio City residence shortly before 1 a.m., as a police helicopter hovered overheard. At 1:08 a.m., officers inside the home radioed to commanders that “the package is on the way out,” and Spears was taken to UCLA Medical Center for a psychiatric hold also known as a 5150.  No word whether Britney was allowed to play with the sirens in the ambulance.  LA County Superior Court judge signed a “5150,” meaning Britney Spears is officially on a three-day psychiatric hold at the UCLA Medical Center.

The reason she’s at UCLA is her new treating psychiatrist practices out of that medical center. Her lawyers, Anne Kiley and Tara Scott, secured this new psychiatrist late last week. Upon arriving at UCLA Medical Center, Britney was joined by her mother and father, Jamie Spears, in addition to Sam Lutfi, her boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and friend Alli Sims.  TMZ reports that during her initial 72-hour stay she cannot be forced to take medication against her will. If, however, she refuses to take meds, the plan is for the the psych to go to court and have Britney held for an additional 14 days, during which time he can administer proper medications.

As a side note the original plan was for cops to pick Britney up last night, but that didn’t happen.

Also it’s reported that for now Jamie and Lynne Spears have been told they are not calling the shots in making medical decisions on behalf of Britney. Right now, it appears Sam Lutfi is in the driver’s seat, but that could all change. Apparently after Britney’s stay at Cedars earlier this month, she had her lawyers draft paperwork making it clear she did not want her parents involved in making medical decisions on her behalf.

Update1: Jamie and Lynne Spears have won round one in the tug of war with Sam Lutfi. TMZ reports the doctors at UCLA are now “fully cooperating” with the parents in the treatment of Britney Spears, however, the war probably is not over until a judge signs an order as to who has control.

Matthew McConaughey, 38,  and Model Camila Alves, 24, make a red carpet appearance last night. They are expecting their first child together in June.  Rumors are already starting that it may be twins.

TMZ claims Britney Spear  is getting regular treatment for her mental illness and has actually seen several doctors.  And a new psychiatrist has been coming to her home each day this week. She’s also on meds to treat her bipolar disorder, and her condition is said to be severe. One source said that Brit is fine when she’s on her medication, but then she goes off it thinking she’s okay and that’s when her condition gets worse.  Another  medical source though tells TMZ flatly, “The medication just isn’t working.”

The sources also tell TMZ that when the media shows video of Britney out on the town acting crazy it’s upsetting, “She has a disease. Sometimes when you see her she’s in the middle of an episode. It’s like mocking someone with Down syndrome.”

With this knowledge, do you think TMZ might consider not chasing the mentally impaired Britney around town?   When pigs fly.

Apparently it’s the new trend among socialites. Paris Hilton has recently been frequenting a Los Angeles club on lesbian night (really), and perhaps it’s for more then just the great music.

The former heiress was seen making out with pal Elisha Cuthberth at New York City club Tenjune on Tuesday night, Us Weekly is reporting.  Hilton and Cuthbert became pals after co-starring in 2005’s House of Wax.
The two were “all over each other and making out”  a source tells the magazine.  While Paris seems to makeout with anything that is attractive, rich, or gets within reach, The girl Next Door star has disappointed me (a little) for showing such bad taste in women.
