Britney Spears appears at Custody Hearing but bails again
Posted on January 23rd, 2008 by Hot MommaBritney Spears’ day in court has ended. Britney or better said her lawyers were shut down in their manuever to regain some sort of visitation.
Unfitney arrived at the courthouse and went through the metal detector, but then freaked out and didn’t want to go inside the courtroom and took off.
Sources told TMZ Brit’s lawyers wanted visitation restored in a “therapeutic setting” — meaning under the treatment of medical professionals. With Britney’s repeated no-shows and failure to get court ordered treatment, her lawyer’s hands were very weak.
So for now Brit has no access to her children and her next chance will be February 19th when the court will again review custody and visitation.
