Wow not a great look for Jessica Biel?  The blonde hair makes he complexion looks washed out in this picture.  And upon closer inspection it looks like she’s  had collagen injections into her upper lip? Jessica is in the U.K. to film a new movie, ‘Easy Virtue’ so perhaps  the blonde hair is for her new lead role.
