Vivica Fox denies allegations she is the star of a celebrity sex tape?

Kill Bill actress Vivica Fox has denied claims she is the latest star of a celebrity sex tape (sort of). Reportedly, an unscrupulous boyfriend had allegedly filmed Fox performing oral sex on him. He is then said to have emailed the mobile phone footage of Fox “on her knees” to several pals.
But one friend alerted Fox, who is then said to have contacted police in Atlanta, Georgia, according to the reports.
Fox’s manager Lita Richardson said: “It’s not true.” without saying what part of the report she was disputing.
Atlanta police spokesman James Polite said: “At this time, we have no formal complaint from Miss Fox.”
He added: “If it was something that was consensual, we’re not looking at a crime, per se.
“If the [boyfriend] is trying to extort Miss Fox, that’s when we begin to look at a criminal element.”
Atlanta-based blogger Sandra Rose claimed local radio personality, Porsche Foxx, “confirmed that her close friend Vivica Fox appears in a controversial sex tape.”
On her blog, Rose writes: “In the tape, an apparently inebriated Vivica can be seen on her knees servicing a male friend who surreptitiously taped the encounter on his cell phone. Allegedly the man, who lives in Atlanta, emailed the tape to friends who emailed it to Vivica. She quickly forwarded the tape to a friend at the Atlanta police department.
“It isn’t known if Vivica filed an official complaint with the police or if she asked her police friend to handle the situation privately.”
This news comes after divorced Fox, 43, admitted drink driving at a court appearance last month. The actress was breathalysed after overtaking a marked police car at 80 mph – 15mph above the speed limit – on a freeway in Los Angeles.
She could have faced six months in jail but a judge put her on probation for three years and ordered her to enter a 90-day alcohol education programme. She was also told to pay a pounds 192 fine and court costs of about pounds 600.
Ironically Fox is currently working on a movie in which a young son uses his video camera to spy on his mother’s boyfriend – called “Caught on Tape.”
