Rebecca De Mornay will be Arraigned for DUI Monday

Rebecca De Mornay, film and television actress, was in court Thursday, charged with misdemeanor drunken driving after being arrested two months ago in Beverly Hills (reported here). At the time of the arrest, police pulled over the 48-year-old actress on Sunset Blvd. on the night before Halloween. During the stop, cops allegedly immediately detected an odor of alcoholic beverages.  De Mornay was asked to perform several field sobriety tests, which she failed and her blood alcohol level was said to be .09,  just over the legal limit.  She was cited and released from the Beverly Hills police station. She will be arraigned this Monday and could face jail time in addition to probation and fines.
