Miley Cyrus Joins NBA’s Philadelphia Sixers for Charity

Miley Cyrus’s Best of Both Worlds Tour became the quickest sell-out in the history of Philadelphia’s Wachovia Center and the NBA has taken notice. No the NBA has not signed her up to play, but she is going to help out the Philadelphia Seventy Sixers work with charity. Prior to her sold-out show at the arena that’s home to the NBA’s 76ers, the Hannah Montana star modeled her personalized jersey from the team, and then put it up for auction. The Cyrus-autographed jersey bearing ‘Miley’ and assigned number ’1′, is now available for purchase in an auction here to benefit charities chosen by the Philadelphia 76ers organization. Maybe all the excitement generated by her appearance has rubbed off, as the Sixer’s in next-to-last place in their division are riding a two game winning streak.  The current bid for the jersey at last check is $520.
