Mickey Rourke was a victim of circumstances

Last month Mickey Rourke, was pulled over by the cops (details here) after they allegedly spotted him weaving all over the road on a scooter. Rourke allegedly failed field-sobriety tests before being taken to headquarters. He also failed an alcohol breath test, which indicated Rourke was just over the legal limit.   At the time Rourke declared: “What the (expletive) did I do?”  before saying, “I’m not drunk, I didn’t even drink that much.”

Apparently he was right! Now the police have revealed the Breathalyzer machine that was used was broken. A second machine used later showed the actor was just under the legal limit. Miami Beach’s District Attorney still have not officially drop DUI charges against the actor.
