Thirtysomething” Timothy Busfield and second wife divorcing

Timothy Busfield and his second wife, Jennifer Merwin, are in the process of divorcing. Timothy’s fame included acting in “Thirtysomething”,  “The West Wing” and “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.”
The couple had been married for nearly 20 years.  Jennifer has filed her divorce papers with the Los Angeles Superior Court. The dispute was cited as irreconcilable differences.  Jennifer desired joint legal and physical custody of their son Samuel, who is still a minor. She also wished for spousal support and financing for legal fees. Their daughter Daisy was not mentioned custody wise because she is considered an adult.
