Madonna and Guy Ritchie’s adoption of two-year-old David Banda has finally cleared the red tape and has been approved by the Malawian government.
Amid claims they side-stepped the official adoption process the couple took Banda back to Britain more than a year ago.  The clearance now makes David an official part of their family.
A source tells American magazine In Touch Weekly, “Madonna hid it well, but there was a part of her that was worried that the adoption wouldn’t go through.
“This is the best Christmas gift she’s ever received.”

Now for the scrooge part.  It was claimed today that the Material Girl kicked a teacher and all the pupils out of a yoga class so she could have the room to herself.

 Madonna is said to have turned up at a New York gym on Saturday morning for a scheduled class. But when she was told off for talking to the instructor she demanded he leave along with 25 students taking the class.

“Madonna remained in the room practicing and wouldn’t leave when a 10:30 a.m. dance class was to start.”

A spokeswoman for Madonna, said: “That sounds unlikely.”
