Charges Against Shia Labeouf Dropped!

Misdemeanor trespassing charges were dropped against actor Shia Labeouf in a Chicago court today.
Police arrested LaBeouf last month outside a Walgreens, after security guards repeatedly asked him to leave the store (at 2:30 AM) because he appeared drunk. When LaBeouf refused, the security guard detained him and called police.
Shia appeared in court this morning and heard the good news that Walgreens does not want to pursue charges against him. Shia LaBeouf is a rising Hollywood star whose film credits include Transformers, Disturbia, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which will be in theaters in 2008.
