Pierce Brosnan Sued by Photographer

Robert Rosen, the photographer who alleged that Pierce Brosnan had punched him, has filed a lawsuit against the former James Bond.  The lawsuit claimed that the attack occurred on October 26 and it was damaging to the plaintiff. Rosen alleges an “out of control” Brosnan “punched, hit, struck, and attacked” him, using force that was “excessive, unlawful, (and) malicious”. Rosen said that the attack was so bad that he would be losing earnings in the future. Hence, there was a hefty claim for damages. The District Attorney’s office declined to press charges due to lack of evidence leaving a lawsuit as Rosen’s last recourse.
