Anne Heche’s ex-husband, Coley Laffoon, is trying to get his allowance raised. Laffoon currently receives $15,000 a month in spousal and child support but he wants a raise to $22,604 dollars a month! The former cameraman (he hasn’t worked since 2000) claims that since the September sale of the former couple’s home in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park neighborhood, his cost of living has increased.
His court file claims that his “lifestyle during the marriage was much higher.” These days he and son Homer, 5, are surviving on a $4200 a month rental, dining on a mere $2,000 of groceries a month, and making do with a  $1500 monthly clothing budget. Laffoon is also looking for Heche to pay his legal fees (naturally), which are currently $15,000 and counting.
Heche and Laffoon, were married for five years, but split in January amid rumors that Anne was dating her ‘Men in Trees’ co-star James Tupper, who are said to be living together in Vancouver, Canada.
