Jane Seymour sells alleged party house

English Actress and ‘Dance with the Stars’ veteran Jane Seymour sold her English country house after a long-running battle with local residents over alleged raucous parties held at her home. Seymour, 56, had received complaints from people living near St Catherine’s Court about traffic and noise levels.
The star was embroiled in a legal fued with her neighbours in Bath, England, (a very beautiful place) over her $20 million mansion’s 24-hour alcohol and entertainment licence, which residents wanted amended or completely revoked.
In August more than 40 neighbours marched on the country house to express their anger at parties held by people renting out the building.
Despite winning a victory in court over her neighbours last month, Seymour and her husband James Keach, 59, have sold St Catherine’s Court for an undisclosed sum.
Hein van Vorstenbosch, the property’s estate manager, says, “We can’t really comment on the details, but I can confirm that the property was recently sold.” Earlier this year in September, Seymour branded her neighbours’ accusations “a storm in a teacup”, and maintains the last party held at her home was in 2004. Must have been some party. It may have been some of Jane’s famous renters that threw the ‘loud’ parties.
The actress is currently living in Malibu, California, but had been renting the British property for $28,000 -a-week to wealthy guests including pop star Robbie Williams and rock band Radiohead.
