Bachelor #6 - Byron Velvick calls cops on fiance

Byron Velvick, bachelor #6 in the TV reality show “The Bachelor”, called the cops on Mary Delgado a former Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleader who he proposed to on the show. Delgado actually appeared on “The Bachelor” twice, the first time during the show’s fourth season in 2003. She returned the year after and met Velvick. Mary Delgado was arrested for domestic violence. They have yet to tie the knot and perhaps that’s a good thing. Mary was accused of punching Byron a professional bass fisherman and splitting his lip. The police would only tell that alcohol was involved in the fight.
Perhaps Byron would have been better off if he had followed the latest bachelor Brad Womack and said “no” to all of the contestants?
