Judge Rules: Britney Spears Not Allowed to Drive With Her Sons in Car
Posted on November 16th, 2007 by Hot MommaIt’s official Britney Spears is not allowed to drive a vehicle with her sons present according to TMZ. The rest of us though are still on our own apparently as Britney can still otherwise drive her car.
Attorneys for Spears and ex Kevin Federline declined to comment after a sealed, 90-minute hearing at L.A. Superior Court Friday.
Federline’s counsel, Mark Vincent Kaplan, had called for a hearing after footage emerged of Spears, 25, running a red light with her two children in the back seat November 8. Given Britney’s court appointed monitor was also in the car it was just a matter of time before it got to a judge.
