Britney Spears rolls the dice in Vegas with some cosmetic surgery

While Britney Spears was supposedly house hunting in Las Vegas it is reported she also stopped in for a little nip and tuck, specifically some liposuction on her bottom and hips, according to the Daily Mail.   
It’s not the first time Britney has turned to cosmetic procedures in a desperate bid to improve her appearance – she had her pout plumped just last month. It was also reported she had liposuction in Vegas last April, which the star denies.

 Obviously Britney has a poor self image among her many troubles.  Her mother Lynne Spears, who recently reconciled with her daughter, hired two Beverly Hills psychologists to counsel her because she fears Britney is on the brink of a total breakdown.   Britney is said to be getting intensive counseling.

She will need it because her troubles may be growing.  Kevin Federline’s lawyer says he may try to subpoena video footage that apparently shows the pop princess running a red light at Hollywood Hills intersection while driving with her two young sons in the back seat.

Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says he is weighing whether to seek a subpoena from the court Wednesday for the footage, which was posted on TMZ’s website.  The footage could support his request to a Superior Court commissioner to stop Spears from driving when her sons are in her car.   I think that would be a good thing!

On a positive note, Britney has attempted to be charitable. She has co-operated with the photo agency x17 to raise money for UNICEF. Britney autographed one copy of her latest CD, Blackout.
