While many of us thought it would be Amy that would be arrested after the raid on her house, this time she was innocent. It is Blake Fielder-Civil, Amy Winehouse’s husband, that has been arrested at a flat in East London. The London police have issued a statement saying that Blake is wanted for his involvement in trial-fixing. This trial is supposed to go to court next week and the police have bust the ring of conspirators before the trial was due to commence. It was mentioned that a sum of $400 000 was involved.  The initial speculation that Blake could have been arrested on drug related charges were unfounded.  Amy Winehouse was present when police arrested Blake and she appeared quite distraught. The couple re-affirmed their love for each other before Blake was led away by police.
